Is it possible to build a partner portal with its own domain and design, partner customer cards, and data separation?
Answer
It is not possible to configure a separate domain and individual design for the client side for each partner in one Swarmica installation. Partners can use their personal accounts in the general client portal. Data viewing rights are determined by roles: for example, a client administrator sees requests from users of their own company.
For large partners, we recommend a separate Swarmica installation with integration with the main installation. This allows the use of custom branding and complete separation of rights, data, and settings. The composition and direction of exchange between installations are determined for a specific scenario.
